lamb chop

i can't remember when was this... ok...here it goes ..every evening when i started to pack my notebook and ready to left for home, one BIG question swirling in my head, what to cook for dinner...most of the time when no ideas poped out at all..there goes my noble intention to cook for hubby and tapau instead...heheheh

so one of these days which i can't remember..i want to prepare hubby lamb chop for dinner...so determined, so focused..i drove from office to cold storage and bought things for my lamb chop. Done shopping , picked up the kids and started to cook. meanwhile

me : "ayang, you balik makan kat rumah tau... i masak lamb chop"
hubby : "lamb chop!?!...ok!"

the lamb already marinated, black paper and honey, vege?? tomato ajer laa..easy breezy and fries...









Before ...

is was so simple. i have no grill pan whatsoever, so i guna pan biasa ajer. The lamb took about 7 minutes each side...flip and flip...taraaa...its done. the taste...so delicious...yum yum...

when hubby gets home.....he bought 2 packs of nasik lemak...aiyakkk!!...tu yg gamaknya terkejut aku masak lamb chop..eheheh...org melayu sejati...rice..cannot missed. However he love the lamb chop..the kids love it too..heheh..when they love it, they happy..nothing could makes me happier...










ini la hasilnyaaaa...hehehhehe.hidang la ngan black paper sauce or BBQ sauce...hehhe a little twist to my ordinary dinner meals....hehehhe
