this is the DAY!!

finally , SKALI is CMMI level 3!!. This is very rewarding , after all the effort, all the pain hehheh...we went through it just nice .. yeay!! I'm proud to be in the Process Action Team and see SKALI go one step further to excel in whatever we do.

most of us were shocked when the findings and result are presented, we jumped in joy to see that we satisfy all the goals and to the extend some even cried with tears of joy.

to all bosses and fellow friends thank you for all the support and guidance. to hubby thank for your support and understanding :) just when i needed the most.

yeayyy!! MUH Won!!

it was really something after watching AJL23 yesterday..why? because Meet Uncle Hussain won!! ... i memang nak sangat diorang menang. Nih semua gara hubby i laaa... because i get to know MUH from him and turn out they did produce good sound and music but not yesterday their guitar sound off..hehehhe. MUH nih tak ada full album , cuma ada 2 singles , lagu untuk mu and la la la kerjala...tapi...ni la rezeki namanya...

apa pon last weekend i ngan hubby kecewa sbb tak dpt tgk butterfingers kat istana budaya...the tickets sold out..rugi betol..nak experience apa yg my hubby claimed as good sound and music by butterfingers, maklumla hubby tuh big fan of butterfingers and kenal diorang pon...

welcome 2009

2008 has been a wonderful year to me. The reasons:

1. Marrige life , we are so much better now, more matured , more wiser and more love hehehhehe
2. Work Life , 2 successfully delivered projects, hehehe..not bad uh?. Working in IT, supervised programmers, late night.... pretty rewarding in term of self satisfaction and value but ... no recognition .. sigh
3. Kids, Haziq and Harith turn to be a very good kids. I love both of you
4. Friends , to all my friends, u know who you are :) , i'm just blessed to get acquainted with you guys..you guys rocks!

However , i'm looking forward for a better, prosperous, wonderful 2009 and beyond. There are a lot of things that i wanted to do, that some i don't even get it started or even worst it never get completed. Dear Allah, please please fill my heart with determination, perserverence to get it all done. Hubby tersayang, i need you more now than ever, please love me , cherish me and appreciate me .May Allah blessed us and family

merit system

semalam, me and hubby come up with an idea of merit/demerit system for the kids. We prepare a table on a piece of paper with 2 columns. One with Haziq and harith on the other column . We told haziq and harith, siapa yang behave akan dapat right sign , and siapa yang tak behave dapat cross sign. At the end of a week, whoever collect most right sign entitle to new toys, courtesy of ayah..hehehehhe.

haziq and harith, mama and ayah bukan nak saje-saje nak buat abang atau adik menagis , we just want you to learn which is good and which is wrong or bad. And in order for you to get things you have to earned it, just like in life, you need to work or put effort to get what you want.

haziq took this very serious..hehheheh...one cross sign that i gave to him yesterday, he cried his lungs out as if he cannot accept to see a cross sign in his columns...hehehhe...merajuk...lepas tuh boley pulak ayah dia kata "OK OK ayah padam"...mama tak setuju la...he has to learn that apa yg dia buat tuh salah, he has to learn it the hard way. Mama sayang abang ngan adik, i just wanted the best from you guys.Love you.

happy birthday

12 december was mama birthday and ayah decided to take us out for a walk and makan2 to celebrate. mama nih jarang demand, tapi teringin nak makan kek and spaghetti @ SR. tapi...naik ajer kereta..."ayah, abang nak makan mcdonald" haziq requested...well for ayah, haziq wish always granted so tak ada la SR ...uwaaaa....

mama tak makan pon kat mcdonald cuma makan fries ajer..sbb duk terliur SR nyer kek, the we went to tesco, replenish barang dapur dan susu yg dah lama tak ada kat rumah...sigh...melepas la SR aku nih...

tapi ayah nih kekadang pandai buat surprise...on the way balik ingatkan dia nak balik terus rupanya ayah bawak gi mont kiara to belanja mama makan kat SR

thanks darling. sometimes you can get very sweet, most of the time, u r really being you...hehehhe...i love you.

gerak geri gasiiinngggggg....

Last saturday,haziq was in his first attempt participating in a telematch. He took part all event for the age 4 to 6 years old. As early as 8am we already registered and received goodies , haziq was very delighted and the idea of he is going to take part in games like in gerak geri gasing show make him smiling from ear to ear. As for me i just want to see his ability to hear , understand and execute instructions and above all to enjoy himself.

Generally Haziq did well in the event, he was first in "isi air dalam baldi" and third in "isi air dalam botol" team events. He doesn't won the colouring contest though..hehhehe. Unexpectedly i also participated in "makan epal tergantung". "Ahhh..piece of cake" but truthfully i did't manage to get even third place...hahah...memalukan betul..heheh

The community should received a pat in the back for the wonderful idea to conduct such event but the execution a bit messy, the PA system was not loud enough , the arrangement of participants was also not done properly and ... heheh..saje ajer la ni nak komen...during the "isi air dalam botol" they should determined the winner by the volume of water for each team but they just concluded it to which team completed in the least time..what!..no wonder la the team which emerged first didn't bother to filled up the bottle while Haziq carefully not to let water spilled. Good boy anak mama nih..but we enjoyed ourselves

We came home with loads of prizes plus lucky draw price which we received .... a ...errr...."flask makanan" that keep food hot or cold. Hhehe..not bad la huh...

boring tul..dah 2 weekend hubby duk keje hujung minggu, ada urgent job kena complete, apa pon sempat la jugak kami gi house warming /makan2 kat rumah watie. Thanks sbb sudi jemput kami, and the nasik dagang..i like...lupa plak nak tapau karipap tuh...rugi tol...miahahha

resepi lagi

hari ini aku masak ayam masak merah, udang goreng kunyit dan sup cendawan. huhuh... untuk kengkawan opis aku nak share resepi udang tuh..

bahan-bahan
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
1/2 kilo udang (dibuand kepala dan dibasuh bersih dan dilumur dengan serbuk kunyit)
1 biji kentang (dipotong wedges and digoreng)sedikit daun kuchai dipotong panjang2)
sedikit madu
1 sudu kecil sos tiram
garam


cara memasak
tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang merah, setelah naik bau, masukkan udang dan goreng sebentar. Kemudian masukkan kentang dan daun kuchai dan gaul rata. Masukkan sos tiram dan sedikit garam. Yang terakhir sekali masukkan madu dan gaul rata. Sesuai dihidang kepada anak2 sbb tak pedas.

i can see it coming though... my main concern is the idea that i'm going to go through it all over again. Sweet words, complements, were just a cover up to a very systematic yet cunning divide and conquer process. Everything was still fresh in my mind , i remember everything...forever.

But am i going to run? I saw people running and leaving before. Do i need to stand up now and fight? i believed in myself and as a matter of fact i proved myself worthy so why should i back up? these questions spinning and swirling inside my head...the feeling? i just can't put in in words, no words can perfectly describe my feeling. Ya Allah..Please help me, please help me...
